Braille-education advocate and attorney who, as manager of braille education programs at the National Federation of the Blind's Jernigan Institute, ran the NFB's campaign against states adopting "All UEB" math instruction at the moment of UEB rollout — authoring the December 2015 Braille Monitor essay "A Cry for Unity" and, later, standing as the attorney named in the site disclaimer of the BEAR advocacy site, whose organizationally bylined ("BEARadvocacy") 2022 count is the vault's most-cited modern Nemeth/UEB state roster.
