2. **The theory name and co-authorship.** Confirm that Faggin (with physicist **Giacomo Mauro D'Ariano**) frames the view as "Quantum Information Panpsychism," and that the "qualia require private, non-reproducible quantum states" mechanism is stated by them, not paraphrased by a summarizer.
