The University of International Business and Economics library's catalog
record for [[entity-liang-zhongtang|Liang Zhongtang]]'s 2014 monograph
*中国计划生育政策史论* (China Development Press, 501pp.) summarizes its
contents as four items, the fourth being "'一胎化'生育政策产生的时代背景研究"
("research on the era background behind the emergence of the 'one-child'
policy"). This is a near-verbatim match — down to the same core phrase,
"一胎化" + "時代背景" + "形成/產生" — for the title of Liang's 2009 CUHK essay
「一胎化」政策形成的時代背景, the primary text underlying

A title match in a library abstract is not proof the book's chapter is
identical text to the 2009 essay, and no vault session has read the book
